Abstract

Glavna ideja i inspiracija diplomskog rada je primjena tradicijskih tehnika Batika i Shiborija u kombinaciji s tehnikom tiska jetkanjem u procesu uzorkovanja tekstila te razmatranje i analiza mogućnosti primjene takvih tehnika u industrijskoj proizvodnji i dizajnu tekstila. Rad je podijeljen u tri osnovna dijela: teorijski, eksperimentalni i rezultati i rasprava. Teorijski dio obuhvaća opće informacije o bojadisanju, jetkanju i procesu tehnike sitotiska. Eksperimentalni dio rada razrađuje ispitivanje utjecaja tiskarske paste za jetkanje s rasponom koncentracija redukcijskog sredstva te njihovog utjecaja na kolorit jetkanih dijelova uzorka, također predložit će se likovno rješenje za izradu grafike pomoću koje će se izraditi šablona za tisak jetkanjem. U rezultatima i raspravi nalaze se pregled saznanja utemeljenih u koracima postupka oplemenjivanja, također se raspravlja o mogućnostima šire primjene te o naznakama i smjernicama daljnjeg detaljnijeg ispitivačkog rada.

Abstract (english)

The main idea and ispiration behind this master's thesis is the application of traditiona tehniques of Batik and Shibori in combinatio with discharge printing tehniques, as whell as the consideration and analisys of the application of such tehniques in industrial manufacture and textile design. The work is divided in three main part’s: theoretical, experimental, a the results and discussion section. The theoretical part includes general information about dyeing, discharge techniques and screen-printing process. The experimental part of the paper elaborates the testing of the effect of etching paste with a wide range of concentration’s and of reducing agent’s and their effect on the colour of discharged parts of the sample, a graphic design solution will also be proposed to create a discharge print template. The results and discussion will provide an overview of the findings based on the steps in the finishing process, and discuss the possibilities for wider application, provide indications and guidelines for further more detailed examination work.
