Abstract

Tema diplomskog rada je Projektiranje kolekcije odjeće inspirirane kosim rezom.
U Istraživačkom dijelu rada prikazan je povijesni pregled XX. stoljeća, najvažniji događaji koji su obilježili povijest a time imali i utjecaj na samu modu. Naglasak je na 30.-im godinama XX. stoljeća kada se kosi rez pojavljuje u primjeni izrade ženske odjeće. Popularizirala ga je Madelein Vionnet želeći osloboditi figuru od korzeta, nepotrebnih ukrasa i detalja koji su manipulirali i gušili prirodnu ljepotu ženskog tijela, te ostvariti povezanost tijela i odjevnog predmeta. Svojim klasičnim i jednostavnim dizajnom, a opet tako zadivljujućim zbog tehnike kosog reza, veličala je slobodnu, prirodnu liniju i obline svakog tijela. U radu je opisano što je to točno, kako se postiže i kakve efekte ima na konačan izgleda odjevnog predmeta. Osim nje ovu tehniku u svom dizajnu koriste i Charles Kleibacker i John Galliano koje također treba istaknuti.
Eksperimentalni dio se sastoji od kolekcije inspirirane kosim rezom i dizajnom Madelein VIonnet. Kreirana je kolekcija ženske odjeće za razdoblje proljeće/ljeto.

Abstract (english)

The theme of thisgraduate is Designing a collection of clothes inspired by a bias cut.
The research section presents a historical overview of the twentieth century, the most important events that characterized history and time and had an impact on fashion itself. The emphasis is on the 1930s, when a bias cut appears in the application of women's clothing. Popularized by Madeleine Vionnet, the railways released the figure from corsets, unnecessary embellishments and details that manipulated and stifled the natural beauty of women's bodies, and achieved unique bodies and clothing. With its classic and simple design, again so amazing thanks to the bias cut technique, the free, natural line and curves of each body are magnified. The paper describes what is true, how it is achieved and what effect it has on the final appearance of garments. In addition, this technique is used in its design by Charles Kleibacker and John Galliano who should also point out.
The experimental part consists of collections inspired by a bias cut and designed by Madelein VIonnet. A spring / summer women's clothing collection has been created.
