Abstract

Ovaj rad baviti će se temom muzealizacije mode kroz istraživanje rada dvaju muzeja, jednog u Europi (Victoria & Albert u Londonu), drugog u Aziji (Kyoto Costume Institute u Kyotu) te njihovom usporedbom koja će se temeljiti na digitalizaciji njihovog arhiva. Uz navedeno koristiti će se i znanstveni i stručni radovi autora poput Marie Riegels Melchior, Lou Taylor i Valerie Steele. Cilj rada je ukazati na ulogu muzeja u promociji mode, istraživanju i edukaciji.

Abstract (english)

This work will address the theme of the musealisation of fashion through the exploration of the work of the two museums, one in Europe (Victoria & Albert in London), the second in Asia (Kyoto Costume Institute in Kyoto) and their comparison that will be based on the digitalization of their archives. In addition, scientific and professional works by authors such as Marie Riegels Melchior, Lou Taylor and Valerie Steele will be used. The aim of the work is to highlight the role of the museum in the promotion of fashion, research and education.
