Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je isprojektirati jednu tkanu oznaku prema vlastitoj zamisli, te pratiti nastajanje tkanine od korištenih materijala, preko postupka proizvodnje do dorade tj. gotovog proizvoda namijenjenog prodaji. Kako bi gotov proizvod bio atraktivniji, te obuhvatio veće podruĉje primjene, pri realizaciji tkane etikete koristila se reflektirajuća preĊa.
Rad moţemo podijeliti na dva dijela, teorijski i eksperimentalni dio. Za izradu tkanih oznaka korišten je ţakarski stroj te su u teorijskom dijelu rada navedene i objašnjene tehnologije jacquardnog tkanja. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada objašnjena je i prikazana izrada tkane oznake. Izrada je objašnjena korak po korak, što ukljuĉuje sve od razrade ideje, navedenih i opisanih korištenih raĉunalnih programa, materijala i završnih dorada, pa do realizacije gotovog proizvoda.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this thesis is to create and design a woven label, tracking the process from the formation of the fabric - from the used materials, through the production process up to the finished product intended for sale. In order to make the finished product more appealing and cover a larger area of application, a reflective yarn was used in the manufacturing of the woven label.
The thesis can be divided into two parts, theoretical and experimental. Since the weaving machine used to make the woven label was a jacquard machine, the theoretical part of the thesis includes and explains the technology of jacquard weaving. In the experimental part, the weaving of the label is presented and explained. The fabrication process is explained step by step, which includes everything from the idea design, the explanation of the used materials, computer programs and final finishing to the realization of the finished product.
