Abstract

Rad je usmjeren na projektiranje preĊa koje su upotrebljene za dizajniranje kolekcija stolice, a koje zbog svog karakteristiĉnog izgleda povećavaju atraktivnost stolice. Ispitana su i komentirana svojstva preĊa bitna za dugotrajno korištenje. Sama izrada dizajnerske stolice zapoĉela od faze restauracije neuporabljive i nefunkcionalne stolice, te je dokumentirano zateĉeno stanje stolice prije, tijekom i nakon zahvata. Poigravajući se oblicima i razliĉitim linijama prikazanim kroz kolekciju radova, kombinirana su tri temeljna elementa pri izradi stolica, a to su udobnost, dizajn i kvalitetni materijali koji daju poseban karakter i reprezentativan su uzorak kreativne vizije i izgleda. Glavni rezultat rada oĉituje se u ĉinjenici da je od neuporabljivog komada namještaja stvorena kolekcija funkcionalnih proizvoda. Kako bi se dizajnirana kolekcija što uspješnije uskladila s najnovijim trendovima, raspoloţenjima i razliĉitim stilovima ţivota korisnika stolice, preĊe se prema potrebi mogu reinterpretirati prema vlastitoj ţelji te uskladiti sa stilom ureĊenja razliĉitih ţivotnih prostora.

Abstract (english)

The work is focused on designing yarns that are used to design collection of chairs, which, due to their characteristic look, increase the attractiveness of the chair. Properties of yarns important for long-term use were examined and commented. Making of the design chair itself began with the restoration phase of the unusable and dysfunctional chair and the condition of the chair was documented before, during and after the creation process. Playing with the shapes and the different lines shown through the collection of works, three fundamental elements are combined in the chair design and those are: comfort, design and quality materials that give a special character and are representative pattern of creative vision and appearance. The main result of the work is the fact that a collection of functional products were created from the unusable piece of furniture. In order to better match the design of the collection with the latest trends, moods and different lifestyles of the chair user, the yarns can be reinterpreted as we desire and can be adapted with the style of decorating different living spaces.
