Abstract

Tema ovog završnog rada je istraživanje svakodnevice medija i društva u modi i obrnuto; moda kao način komunikacije u bezbrojnim društvenim mrežama. Iako su društvene mreže pojava 21. stoljeća, komunikacija i moda isprepliću se u svim generacijama, danas već i od predškolske dobi pa sve do starije godišnje dobi. Kao osoba koja se nalazi u kategoriji takozvane „generacije Z“, smatram da imam iskustva ,provevši izniman broj sati i dana između mnogih socijalnih medija, datirajući još od 2011. godine s kreiranjem Facebook profila. No uz svo iskustvo, uz stručno mentorstvo odlučila sam dublje se posvetiti i istražiti koliko je moda uistinu vidljiva ali i istovremeno skrivena oko nasU ovom završnom radu prikazat će se koliko su socijalni mediji ključni u diktiranju mode i komunikacije uz detaljniji prikaz društvenih mreža poput Facebooka, Instagrama i Tik Toka kao glavnih čimbenika te primjera ostalih medija i njihovih utjecaja.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this final thesis is a look at the everyday life of the media and society in fashion and vice versa; fashion as a way of communication through countless social networks. Although social networks are a phenomenon of the 21st century, communication and fashion permeate all generations: from as young as toddlers all the way to the elderly. As an individual who falls in the category of "Generation Z", I have considerable experience, having spent an exceptional number of hours and days between many social media platforms, dating all the way back to 2011 with the creation of my Facebook profile. But with all the experience, and along with professional mentoring, I decided to explore more deeply how fashion is truly fleeting and essential today. In this final paper, it will be shown how crucial social media and communication is in dictating fashion with a more detailed presentation of social networks such as Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok as the main factors aswell as examples of other media and their influence.
