Abstract

Diplomski rad podijeljen je na dva dijela – teorijski i umjetnički. U teorijskom dijelu rada riječ je o kostimografiji općenito, kostimografiji u kazalištu i na filmu te o pristupima u oblikovanju i realizaciji filmske kostimografije. Rad je u baziran na dosadašnjim osobnim iskustvima autorice u kostimografskom poslu, kroz studij i izvan njega. U radu je osobiti naglasak na filmskoj kostimografiji koja predstavlja autoričin profesionalni interes te se analiziraju pristupi u osmišljavanju kostimografije za kratkometražne filmove na kojima je autorica bila angažirana. Opisani su i procesi stvaranja filmske kostimografije u raznim produkcijskim uvjetima, s unaprijed definiranim budžetom i bez njega.
Umjetnički dio rada posvećen je pripremi i realizaciji kratkometražnog filma „Prvi pokušaj“ na kojem je autorica radila u svojstvu kostimografa s kolegicom Nikolinom Boban i u suradnji s redateljem Josipom Lukićem. U ovom dijelu rada prikazana je kostimografija za film „Prvi pokušaj” kakva je prvotno bila zamišljena te kostimografija kakva je na koncu realizirana u filmu.

Abstract (english)

This thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and artistic. The theoretical part of the paper deals with costume design in general, costume design in theater and film, and approaches to the design and creation of film costumes. The work is based on the author's previous personal experiences in costume design, gained through practice in university courses and through practice outside of studies. The paper places particular emphasis on film costume design, which is the author's professional interest, and analyzes the approaches in designing costume design for short films in which the author was engaged. The processes of creating film costume design in various production conditions, with a predefined budget and without it, are also described.
The artistic part of the paper is dedicated to the preparation and realization of the short film "The First Attempt", on which the author worked as a costume designer together with her colleague Nikolina Boban and in collaboration with director Josip Lukić. This part of the paper presents the proccess of costume design for the film "The First Attempt" as initially planned and the costumes that were eventually shown in the film.
