Abstract

Tema ovog završnog rada je konstrukcija suvremenog ženskog kostima po uzoru na mušku modu 90-ih godina 20. stoljeća. U prvom dijelu rada obrađena je pojava i razvoj ženskoga kostima kroz povijest, od kraja 19. stoljeća, kada se javljaju ideje o potrebi za reformom ženske mode, pa sve do suvremenoga doba u kojem danas živimo. U jednom od poglavlja, poseban naglasak stavljen je na sociološki pristup modi radi boljeg razumijevanja važnosti kulturnih i političkih promjena koje su uvelike utjecale na razvoj ženskoga kostima. Zatim je obrađeno razdoblje 90-ih godina 20. stoljeća kroz aspekt muške mode i kolekcija u kojim su prikazana muška odijela, s ciljem razumijevanja elemenata koji će poslužiti kao inspiracija za razvoj mini kolekcije. U drugom, eksperimentalnom dijelu prikazan je razvoj mini kolekcije suvremenih ženskih kostima po uzoru na mušku modu 90-ih godina 20. stoljeća. Izrađena je konstrukcija temeljnoga kroja te je modeliran jedan od predloženih modela.

Abstract (english)

Subject of the following bachelor thesis is the construction of a modern women's suit inspired by men's fashion in the 90's of the 20th century. In the first part of this thesis the appearance and evolution of women's suit through history, from the end of the 19th century when the ideas about the need for a reform of women's fashion were firstly born, until modern time we live in, were explored. In one of the chapters, particular emphasis was placed on sociological acces to fashion aimed at better understanding of the importance od cultural and political changes affecting development of women's suit. Through the aspect of men's fashion and men's suit collections, the 90s of the 20th century were then analyzed, in order to understand the elements that would serve as inspiration for mini collection development. In the second, experimental, part evolvment of mini collection of a modern women's suit inspired by men's fashion in the 90s of the 20th century, was presented. The construction of basic cut was made, and one of the suggested models was modelled.
