Abstract

U svim tehnologijama, pa tako i u tekstilnoj, danas se postiţu veliki napreci u procesima proizvodnje kroz primjenu novih tehnologija. Jedna grupa tih tehnologija su i tehnologije aditivne proizvodnje koje su postale jedne od vodećih tehnologija koje se istraţuje i razvija, u vrlo kratkom roku. Iz tog razloga, u ovom radu istraţena je mogućnost aditivne proizvodnje direktno na tekstilne materijale, u funkcionalne ili dekorativne svrhe. Korišteno je nekoliko vrsta i tipova plošnih tekstilnih materijala u kombinaciji s jednim polimernim filamentom, čija adhezija na tekstil se pokazala najboljom te čija svojstva su se pokazala najpogodnijima za budući razvoj funkcionalnog sportskog zaštitnog tekstila. Ispitivana je adhezija fleksibilnog polimernog filamenta na pletivo od prirodnih i sintetskih vlakana, te su promatrana mjesta prekida pod digitalnim mikroskopom na tekstilu i polimernom aditivno proizvedenom objektu. Promatran je takoĎer utjecaj pranja tekstila s aditivno proizvedenim objektom na meĎusobnu adheziju, a istraţene su i mogućnosti otiskivanja spomenutih proizvoda te i postojanost otiska na pranje. Dobiveni rezultati su pozitivna motivacija za daljnja istraţivanja primjene aditivne tehnologije na tekstil, ali i mogućnosti namjene takvih proizvoda, npr. za zaštitnu odjeću, tisak natpisa, razne dizajnerske dekoracije, tehnički tekstil i dr.

Abstract (english)

As well as textile technology, most technologies today have a rapid development rate and great breakthroughs are being made concerning manufacturing processes using new technologies. One group of these technologies are the technologies of additive manufacturing, one of the leading technologies that are being developed and researched, very rapidly. That is why, this research is based on the possibility of additive manufacturing directly on textile materials, for functional and decorative purposes. A few types of flat textile materials were used in a combination with one polymer filament, whose adhesion on textile turned out to be the best and whose properties were most suitable for the future development of sports safety equipment. The adhesion of the flexible polymer to synthetic and natural knitted textile was tested, and the tearing spots on both textile and the polymer were observed under a digital microscope. Also, printing on the deposited polymer was carried out, by two techniques, as well as the testing of stability of the print in the washing process. The effect of the washing process on the polymer - textile adhesion was also observed. The results are a positive motivation for further research of potential use of additive manufacturing in the textile field, but also for testing these kinds of textiles for all sorts of purposes, for example safety garments, printing on textile, designer pieces, technical textile etc.
