Abstract

U ovom završnom radu razmatra se važnost Usterovih statistika za projektiranje pređa i njihova svojstva koja su bitna daljnjim korisnicima. Uster Technologies AG je tvrtka iz Švicarske koja svoje statistike koristi za klasifikaciju vlakana, pređa, pramenova i pretpređa u odnosu na svjetsku proizvodnju. Prve statistike objavljene su 1957. godine pod nazivom USTER® STANDARDS. Podaci vezani uz svojstva pređe klasificirani kao dobri, srednji i loši. Postupnim usavršavanjem statistika ova tvrtka je došla do toga da današnja i za sad posljednja USTER® STATISTICS iz 2013. godine obuhvaća 101 parametar kvalitete u 123 poglavlja i na više od 2 500 grafičkih prikaza. U radu su istražena rastezna svojstva pređa koje se razlikuju s obzirom na finoću i sirovinski sastav. Vrijednosti su komentirane i uspoređene s Usterovim statistikama. Zaključeno je da za su Usterove statistike jedinstven i koristan izum u području tekstila i tekstilne industrije, kako za proizvođače, tako i za korisnike pređa. Također očito je da se statistike iz godine u godinu u znatnoj mjeri unaprjeđuju i daju značajan doprinos ocjeni kvalitete pređe i usporedivosti svojstava.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, we investigate the importance of Uster statistics for yarn design and their properties that are relevant to further users. Uster Technologies AG is a Swiss company that uses its statistics to classify fibers, yarns, silvers and rovings in relation to world production. The first statistics were published in 1957 under the name USTER® STANDARDS. The data related to yarn properties were classified as good, medium and bad. By gradual refinement of the statistics, this company has come to a point where the present and, for now, the last USTER® STATISTICS from 2013 encompasses 101 quality parameters in 123 chapters and over 2500 graphic displays. In the paper, we dealt with tensile properties of yarns that differ in terms of fineness and raw material composition. The values were commented and compared with Uster statistics. We emphasized that it can be concluded hat Uster statistics are a unique and useful invention in textile area and textile industry, both for producers and yarn users. In addition, it is obvious that year after year the statistics improve considerably and make a significant contribution to the assessment of yarn quality and the comparability of properties.
